Marilyn Box

Originally from Ohio, Marilyn earned her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Miami University and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. She worked as an educator for 30 years in Arizona before moving to Buena Vista with her husband, Bob, in 2005. She continues to consult with schools and literacy programs across the country as a teacher trainer and program evaluator. Locally, Marilyn volunteers with LWVCC and the Boys & Girls Club. She and Bob enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, and lots of travel.
