Featured Community Event: Save the Aurora Reservoir Delivers Petitions to the Arapahoe County Commission in-person.

You're invited to show support for Save the Aurora Reservoir (STAR) as they deliver the petitions at the Arapahoe County Commission meeting. Attend and, if you wish, speak on your own behalf.

The petition signatures ask the Arapahoe County Commissioners to reconsider the Sunlight-Long wells' drilling application. Help demand that our elected officials make responsible decisions that protect public health, safety, wildlife, the environment and our water.

Save the Aurora Reservoir is fighting at the county and state levels to protect Southeast Aurora neighborhoods from a proposed 160+ fracking wells. The wells would be a major threat to residents' health and safety and to our water resources.

Join us to learn more about this community group's efforts to protect the health and safety of residential neighborhoods in Southeast Aurora, the Aurora Reservoir, the Denver Basin aquifer, and the environment.
