International Autistic Pride Day
About this event
League of Women Voters' members support the autistic community as they celebrate their neurodiversity and self-identify as autistic. League recognizes the importance of promoting acceptance and understanding in the community.
The day was first celebrated in 2005 by Aspies For Freedom (AFF), an autistic-led organization, and has since grown into a global event.
