The VOTE411 Team is excited to launch a new step-by-step guide on how to create a local VOTE411 voter guide to add to the Libby App. Libby is a free app where people can borrow and enjoy ebooks, digital audiobooks, and magazines from their local library.
Join LWV Houston and LWV Ohio and hear about their experience creating and promoting a voter guide on Libby.
