The Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission, formerly the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Lowry CAP fracking plan. The hearing will be in-person at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds and Event Center's Main Hall

The Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) will host a Local Public
Hearing on the Lowry Ranch Comprehensive Area Plan (CAP).
No decisions will be made at the public hearing; no pending Commission matters will
be heard; nor will the Commissioners engage in discussion of any pending Commission
matters during this time, or otherwise conduct any Commission business.
