The public is invited to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division's stakeholder meeting online offered at two times on Thursday, January 13, to review the Colorado Clean Fleet Enterprise Initial Fee Rulemaking.

Colorado Senate Bill 21-260 creates a Clean Fleet Enterprise (CFE) to incentivize and support the use of electric vehicles and other clean fleet technologies by owners and operators of motor vehicle fleets. This enterprise is authorized to impose a clean fleet retail delivery fee to be paid by the purchaser of tangible personal property delivered to the purchaser by motor vehicle, and a clean fleet per ride fee to be paid by a transportation network company (TNC) on each ride offered and accepted by the TNC.

The Clean Fleet Enterprise (CFE) has issued this Rulemaking Notice, with a rulemaking hearing currently scheduled for Thursday, February 24, 2022. More information here.
