Colorado Energy and Carbon Mgmt Commission Lowry Ranch CAP Drilling Public Comment Period

The Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission, formerly the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, will accept public comments about the Lowry Ranch CAP drilling plan near neighborhoods in Southeast Aurora, the Superfund site, and the Aurora Reservoir through May 3.
