The Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission, formerly the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, will meet for their weekly general meeting.

This meeting will include a Crestone Peak-Lowry Ranch Comprehensive Area Plan (CAP) public hearing to receive comments on proposed fracking wells affecting Aurora and Arapahoe County residential neighborhoods and the Aurora Reservoir.
